(a) the development of ADR as part of the civil justice system in Northern Ireland.

Turlough O'Donnell SC is a former chairman of the Bar Council of Ireland. He is also a former chairman of the Bar Council's ADR committee. Mr O'Donnell is one of the leading mediators working in Dublin.
Alva Brangam QC is a Barrister and Mediator based in the Bar Library in Belfast. He is noted for the range and depth of his mediation experience and has lectured in this area at Queen's University, Belfast.
