The President has overall leadership of the MII and responsibility for the co-ordination of the various functions and committees along with overall responsibility for the administration of the institute. The President is also the National and International representative of the MII and the public face and spokesperson of the organisation.
The Hon Secretary has responsibility for Ethics and Governance and oversees meeting and decision-making processes and Disciplinary, Complaints and Appeals processes.
The Registrar is responsible for: Individual membership Sharing and learning CPD process Ethics (practice) Insurance
The Treasurer is responsible for Finance, Budgets, Fees, Sponsorship and Funding.

Responsible for creating and improving relationships between stakeholders and members in the Commercial Mediation Sector and for developing the mediation market in the sector. Also deals with specialist specific issues. Chairs meetings of the Ethics Committee

Responsible for creating and improving relationships between stakeholders and members in the Organisation and Workplace Sector and for developing the mediation market in the sector. Also deals with specialist specific issues.
Sharing and Learning Development
Currently working on the development of the Sharing and Learning Network within the MII

Elder Sector Liasion
