Practitioner Member Status Assessment

To submit for Practitioner Member status you must firstly be a registered Certified Member.

To achieve Practitioner member status of the MII you must satisfy the criteria as outlined in the Practitioner Member Application Requirements and have successfully completed an assessment of your mediation skills in line with the Practitioner Member core competencies. Assessment for Practitioner Member is by interview.

The purpose of the assessment is to show that you have achieved knowledge, understanding and an excellence in practice and to demonstrate that you have reflected on problems and issues which have arisen in your practice of mediation and have altered your practice appropriately.

In your assessment, you should draw on at least 3 cases which you have mediated.
