Drawing upon a wide range of cutting edge psychological tools, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a highly effective discipline which studies how we think, communicate and behave. On this workshop you will learn how to use thoughtful probing questions and skilful guidance to help your clients generate new understandings, move beyond impasses, recognise differences and generate appropriate solutions. This is an interactive workshop with practical exercises, examples and group discussion. Places are limited to assist transfer of key learning.

About the Trainer : Brian O’Connell has over 10 years experience as a Mediation Practitioner, Conflict Management Coach, Mind Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and an internationally recognised Mind Coach. He trained with the Irish Institute of NLP which is a world-renowned centre of excellence in delivering NLP training of the very highest calibre. This training has provided him with a practical insight into how NLP skills are directly relevant to mediation and coaching and once integrated can enhance our professional practice.
