The Office of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) was established in 2018 to resolve complaints from consumers against financial service providers or pension providers.

The FSPO provides an independent, fair, impartial, confidential and free service to resolve complaints through mediation, and where necessary by investigation and adjudication.

To meet the growing demand for our services, we are seeking talented people for various permanent positions across our teams to assist us to deliver our services in an innovative, dynamic and user-friendly manner.

We propose to establish panels to fill a number of vacancies at both Executive Officer and Higher Executive Officer level in the following functional areas:

•           Dispute Resolution / Mediation

•           Investigation / Adjudication / Legal Services
