Hello, my name is Catherine and I trained in mediation with FriaryLaw in 2011.
My background is in management and education with a lot of experience in human resource management particularly in the areas of performance and employment law which I have continually developed. I recently attended a CPD workshop in Bullying and Harassment workshop in mediation and found new ideas to help maintain the status quo in the workplace. In addition, I have completed an update in Employment Law with the Law Society.
I have experience of workplace mediation and employment law cases where I have represented both employees at the EAT (Employment Appeal Tribunal) and more recently with the WRC (Workplace Relations) although I usually work with employers with a focus on prevention rather than cure to develop proactive habits that prevent conflict issues at work.
