Member registration is on an annual calendar year basis, January-to-December.
If you were a registered member of the MII in 2010, please use Form 1, Membership Renewal Form 2011. If you are not currently registered and would like to register, please use Form 2, the New Member Registration Form. Also below see registration forms for Volunteer and Trainee Mediators and also for Organisation Members and Community Mediation Service Members.
Form 7, the Member Recategorisation Form, should be used if you are changing from one membership category to another: for example, following successful assessment for Practitioner Member status or Certified Member status. Please note that recategorisation is subject to fulfilment of registration requirements as outlined in the Become a Mediator section of this web site.

Registered Certified and Practitioner Members in receipt of a current Practising Certificate and available for work may submit for inclusion in the MII Find a Mediator listing. For inclusion, please compete the Web Profile form and return a digital copy by email to profiles@themii.ie. Following confirmation that your form is in compliance with MII requirements, you will be asked to forward a signed copy of the form to The MII at Pavillion House, 31/32 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2 in line with data protection requirements. If you would like your picture included with your profile, please forward by email to the MII in the following format: JPG:150 x 225 pixels: 20kb. Note: Inclusion in the web directory is only open to registered Practitioner and Certified Members.
