The Edward M Kennedy Institute invites you to attend an afternoon of video, discussion and presentation with Terry O’Connell. Terry shows a documentary of a 30-year-old murder case in which attempts to intervene restoratively with the victims and offender(s) took place.

Terry O’Connell ‘the cop from Wagga Wagga’ is an international restorative practitioner from Australia who spent over thirty years as a police officer in Australia. He is the founder of the ‘restorative questions’ used worldwide and by the International Institute of Restorative Practice
