Document Submission for Written Assessment

Submission of written applications for Practitioner Member status assessment to include the following documentation:

  • Personal statement to outline mediation experience and to set context for the submission cases
  • Practitioner Member assessment application form
  • 3 bound sets of written up case presentations and agreements/case summaries/journals as specified in Practitioner Member section of the comparison grid
  • Appropriate fee

Note:

To protect the confidentiality of parties, the Member applicant must delete all identifying information of both parties and organisation in cases/agreements and logs prior to submission.

Assessment applications should be forwarded by post to The MII, Montana House, Whitechurch, Dublin 16.
