Course Objectives:

Conflict Coaching is a specialised niche in the field of coaching and conflict management. For mediators and conflict management specialists, it maybe be used instead of, or in tandem with, mediation and other ADR processes:

  • As a pre-mediation process to help individuals anticipate and prepare for any challenges and to effectively participate in the process
  • As a post-mediation or post-other ADR process to help individuals with the aftermath of any unresolved matters and ways to manage ongoing interactions
  • As a stand-alone intervention to asset people to effectively prevent or manage specific disputes and enhance their conflict management skills

Mary brings extensive experience in the fields of conflict management as well as education and social work to her role as CINERGY™ trainer and coach-mentor
