'Tasks involve: Research related to mediation methodology, following and supporting one or two ongoing peace processes, organizing and implementing mediation and negotiation training workshops, developing mediation training instruments.
We offer: A small team of research-practitioners in the field of mediation support. University-based research institute and think-tank environment related to security and peace issues.
Qualifications and skills: Relevant Master degree and minimum three years work experience, motivation to work in the area of peace mediation, strong relational and analytical skills.
