Ailbhe is an accredited mediator with the Mediator's Institute of Ireland (MII). She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (specialism: Human Resources) and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She also holds a Diploma in Project Management.

Ailbhe is passionate about alternative methods of conflict resolution. Informal but structured, the process of mediation, supports parties to conflict through a facilitated conversation which can lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ailbhe creates a safe space where she focuses on building connection, demonstrating empathy whilst ensuring a balanced approach, and supporting parties to conflict by facilitating an open and honest conversation with the ultimate goal of "paving the path forward."
