As an approved mediator with the Mediators' Institute of Ireland, I also have my own Human Resources Consultancy business.

I have a broad and balanced knowledge of business and people with extensive experience in both multi-nationals and SMEs and have many years experience working as a HR professional and I now run my own Human Resource Consultancy business for SMEs.

Having always strived to provide people with the tools and motivation to succeed to the best of their ability, I am passionate about helping people to have every opportunity to excel in what they do. With the experience I have gained over the years I have seen the problems conflict and lack of communication can cause. In turn I have also seen how, if situations are dealt with in a sensitive manner where people are empowered to find resolutions through collaboration as opposed to conflict, disputes can be resolved at an early stage. With this in mind it seemed to me to be a natural progression to move into the area of mediation where I can use my experience and communication skills and devote my time to empower, listen to, and facilitate communication and negotiation between participants with an aim towards them devising creative and mutually acceptable resolutions to a dispute. I truly believe that this is the way forward in the future for many dispute resolutions.
