Melanie Guing T/A Renascent Training and Mediation is an organisation dedicated to working in the complex area of human behaviour within the workplace, and has over fifteen years experience of providing training and mediation in the workplace - Community, Voluntary, Public and Private Sector.
Aside from her Mediation Services she runs her own successful Training company. For over a decade, Melanie has helped business people realise their potential and discover hidden resources within themselves with her high energy, interactive training sessions, inspiring individuals to self belief and success. Melanie delivers training sessions and workshops in a uniquely energetic and fresh style having a remarkably positive impact on course participants. She has developed, co-ordinated and led a series of Self Awareness and Personal Development Programmes.
