This three-day intensive workshop (plus optional assessment day) will build on the skills you have learnt and applied as part of your previous mediation and skills building training. The Course Aim is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, attitude, and awareness to be able to act as a professional ethical mediator in disputes between two or more persons in a variety of settings. The course is designed to meet the core requirements needed to become a certified mediator as per The Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII) Guidelines.
