Our keynote, John Sturrock QC, is a highlight to look forward to with his practical case study approach to enhancing our practice. We also have eight interesting workshops all focussed on enhancing our professional toolkit, and, to help us understand what to expect in the journey ahead, we have a ten year post legislation insight from two US mediators, Samuel Mandelbaum and Kevin Fitzsimons. Turlough O’Donnell SC will give a plenary session to provide us with an insight into the future of mediation.
Our conference dinner is always a highlight and this year we have the inspirational Dr. Caroline Casey giving our pre-dinner address.
