About this event

Overview: one year on from our first webinar focused on Family Law Reform in Ireland, we want to focus attention on the most vulnerable court users – children. Join a distinguished panel of national and international experts from the Department of Justice, Court Service, Trinity College Dublin and the UK to examine current plans and what the Irish system can learn from developments in other jurisdictions.

(This course may be eligible for one CPD point per hour of attendance for legal practitioners.)
