MII Training Provider Requirements for Programme Accreditation

 

SEPARATING COUPLES SPECIALIST FAMILY TRAINING PROGRAMME

 

Training Providers:

For initial assessment and accreditation/registration of this Programme, Training Providers should read the requirements set out below and make a submission in line with the Accreditation Policy Committee’s requirements.  together with an application for accreditation, an initial fee of €400 is payable with the application for accreditation.ote:  A renewal fee of €200 is payable each year following registration.

Following accreditation, the MII will give the Training Provider:

 

·         Confirmation that the programme has been approved together with the Trainer’s Contract.

·         A Course listing on the MII website.

·         QA logos on first registration, and then on receipt of annual renewal fee.

 

To apply for approval of your training programme, please complete the application form and submit it by e-mail with documentation to info@themii.ie  for the attention of the Accreditation Director.

 

The application for approval of your training must comply with the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) requirements (Download QAF document), and with the Family Sector programme requirements (Download document) which include:

  1. Programme Plan
  2. Contents
  3. Learning Outcomes
  4. Methodology of delivery
  5. Lesson Plans for each module
  6. Course materials
  7. Quality Assurance policies and procedures as per MII QAF
