Aisling Pierce is a Senior HR professional with a special interest in Mediation and is a Certified Member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.
In her last role Aisling was the European HR Director for State Street Corporation a fortune 500 company employing over 40,000 people globally. In this role she was commended for having an innovative yet pragmatic approach.
Prior to joining State Street Aisling held a number of roles with Barclays Bank Plc., initially as Head of HR for Barclays in Ireland where she successfully built a HR function for the Irish Corporate Banking entity. She then transitioned to London and worked as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the Banks Group Central Functions and its most Senior Executives.
Throughout her career Aisling has demonstrated a keen ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across all organisational levels & geographies. She enjoys working with people experiencing transition and helping align perspectives where dispute and conflict exist.
Aisling holds a BA in Economics & Psychology she was awarded a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Distinction and holds a Certificate in Mediation. Aisling is a Chartered Member of CIPD. She has also completed courses in Organisational Design, Leadership and Consulting Skills.
