

General Profile
Ann Walsh is an experienced mediator, facilitator and conflict coach and Advanced Member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland. She is a registered Certified Elder Mediator with the Elder Mediation International Network.
In her career in the public service, Ann worked extensively as a workplace facilitator and mediator dealing with significant organisation and workplace change involving the development of collaborative approaches between management, trade unions and employees. Her work included the provision of specialised training in group facilitation and conflict systems design in the workplace.
She has worked as an associate trainer on the Conflict Resolution in Education Training Programme and in the delivery of practical skills training for workplace mediators with Erwin Bouchier Business Solutions in 2015 and 2016 in Trinity College Dublin.
More recently, Ann is practicing as an independent Mediator and Facilitator in workplace, organisational and elder mediation.
