Ber Barry-Murray is an experienced mediator and trainer with a broad range of skills and expertise. With over 20 years of experience in both workplace and family mediation, Ber has successfully mediated a diverse range of conflicts. Ber has worked extensively with families dealing with complex and emotional issues, and has developed a deep understanding of inter-familial dynamics.
In the field of workplace mediation, Ber has worked with a wide variety of organisations, including academic institutions, public bodies, healthcare providers, multi-national corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises. Ber's expertise in this area extends to management and workplace training and education, where she has designed and delivered management and training programs, and provided quality assurance and accreditation for these programs.
Ber is the current president of the MII and an advanced accredited mediator. She is involved in the establishment of the Mediation Council, which will register mediators in Ireland. She is committed to promoting peaceful and respectful conflict resolution.
