Background in all areas of Human Resource Management and Development over 20 years. Set up as an independent consultant in 2000 in the area of people and organisations. Work involves mediation across all sectors - banking and finance, manufacturing, public sector, education, healthcare, services, community/arts, and non-government sectors. Also provides group facilitation, investigation services, training and development, coaching, organisation development and strategic human resource management. Authored only book on workplace mediation in Ireland: 'Fixing the Fighting.' (2003, Oak Tree Press), as well as 'The Essentials of Workplace Investigation'
(2015, Bookboon), and an audio CD entitled 'Active Listening'. Brendan also worked as Principle Consultant in London for five years in a niche employee relations firm, and continues to deliver assignments in the UK in addition to his work in Ireland.
