Lee-Annes mediation training includes accreditation from the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) & the Irish Professional Mediators Organisation (IPMO). CINERGY Conflict Management Coach, a Diploma in Leadership and Management (UCD), QQI Managing People qualification, and a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
Complemented by over 20 years of experience in the financial industry working in the area of business operations & development where she has acquired vast experience in contract negotiations and workplace disputes.
Lee-Anne offers private/flexible mediation sessions online or in person & also in the workplace.
She specialises in Family Mediation, Workplace Disputes, and Community Conflicts, creating a safe, confidential environment where parties can engage in meaningful dialogue and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
Lee-Anne works with her clients to create workable agreements such as Parenting, Child Maintenance and Separation Agreements.
Lee-Anne uses an empathetic, structured process that empowers clients to make informed decisions tailored to their circumstances. Whether addressing workplace grievances, family separation agreements, or community tensions she ensure discussions remain respectful and solution-focused. Her goal is to turn conflict into collaboration while maintaining fairness and neutrality and empower clients to move forward with confidence and understanding.
