David is based in Galway and has over 30 years experience in the areas of Education and Community Development.

His experience in Education has been as a teacher in both second level and Adult Education and he has also had oversight of 21 Early Education / Childcare Services, with overall management responsibility, for a large Childcare provider in Ireland.

David has worked in Community Development as a Youth Worker and has managed, led and developed staff teams in the areas of Family Support, Refugee Resettlement and Daycare services for the Elderly on a National basis. As a manager of National projects he has extensive knowledge and experience of managing & implementing change and in addressing workplace conflict.

His areas of special interest, based on his experience, are Community, Family and Workplace / Organisational Mediation
