I am a bilingual mediator based in Cork, offering effective, empathetic, and future-focused conflict resolution services. Drawing from a rich background in social work, HR, and crisis intervention, I bring a calm, structured approach to mediation that empowers people to make their own informed decisions.
My practice, DNL Mediation, supports families, separating couples, parents, and individuals navigating complex interpersonal or workplace challenges. I specialise in family mediation, including parenting agreements and separation arrangements, but also work on general and intercultural disputes. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and work fluently in English and French.
