Don Maher is a Certified Mediator and a member of the MII.
As an experienced business manager and consultant, he has an appreciation of the challenges and tensions that may arise from disputes/conflict in all sectors and the importance of their effective resolution and the restoration of harmony between all parties, where possible.
Don's general approach to mediation is to move as swiftly as possible into identifying and dealing with the wider interest and key concerns of the disputing parties, with a view to establishing any common ground. He prides himself on his ability to listen and give time to each party and the wider mediation in process and is a firm believer in the capacity of individuals,with the aid of a good mediator, to reach a solution to their problems without leaving them in the hands of the Courts.
Don has been involved in the accountancy business for the past 25 years and has been dealing with various clients from Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Farming Community, Voluntary Bodies and more and he is well experienced in dealing with all situation that can arise.
