An Employment Law specialist with extensive experience in all areas of HR including Recruitment, Training and Development, TUPE, Employee Relations, Health and Safety, Performance Management and Change Management. An excellent communicator with ability to communicate to people at all levels. Proven track record in managing disputes at all levels.

With over 20 years’ experience in the field of HR, there are not many types of workplace disputes that Enda has not encountered from straight forward grievances to sexual harassment and bullying and his personal disposition will ensure that all parties will be at ease at all times.

Enda holds an MSc in Human Resource Management in addition to a diploma in Personnel and Development and currently holds the post of Group Director of Human Resources at Saolta University Healthcare Group
