I take an open dialogue approach which underpins the importance of emotional safety for those participating in mediation and supports those who may have difficulty in communicating their needs and have a fear of conflict.
General Profile
I have a diverse and varied career having worked for over thirty years in the private and public sector facilitating open dialogue between parties in conflict as well as designing and implementing leadership programmes for on-boarding new company directors to ensure smooth integration and providing change management support to boards and senior leaders.
Recently through my experience both professionally and personally I have become involved in supporting older people and their families through the challenges they face,helping them to make decisions and to reach outcomes that they determine are right for them.
