Fiona is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years. She is an accomplished HR professional with a proven track record in a variety of HR roles and industry sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Hotels. Areas of expertise include HR Business Partnering, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Change Management, Performance Management and Workplace Mediation. An excellent communicator who delivers best-in-class service to business stakeholders, working alongside leaders and managers to enhance the performance of their teams and the business.
Fiona qualified as an Accredited Mediator with the MII in 2025 and provides a Mediation Service to facilitate open, constructive conversations between employees and other stakeholders, to address concerns and find mutually acceptable solutions. Fiona believes that, by addressing conflicts early through mediation, workplaces can maintain a positive and thriving culture.
