Gerry is an experienced HR professional and Dispute/Conflict Resolution facilitator and Mediator with over 30 years experience in a range of sectors and industries.

Gerry has successfully conducted hundreads of mediations, particularly in workplace disputes related to unfair dismissals, breaches of contract, bullying and harassment, and general grievances.  He has also mediates commenrcial disputes and financial services disputes, shareholder /partner disputes. Gerry is also on the External Meidator panel of the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau.

He is also a credible trainer in the areas of mediation, leadership development, HR management, and equality/diversity in the workplace.  Reference for his Mediation training include: “I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the course. Gerry is also a Senior HR practitioner fully conversant in all aspects employment law and regularly presents nationally on a range of HR issues with Legal Island. He sits as an External Adjudicator with WRC.
