Jennifer is a Certified Mediator and an accredited practicing member with the Mediators' Institute of Ireland (The MII). She is also a volunteer with Dublin Community Mediation.
Jennifer has worked for over 25 years in general administration and Human Resources in both the private and public sector. She has experience working in a non-profit organisation dealing with domestic abuse victims.
Jennifer's extensive experience in multiple industry sectors brings an understanding of how conflict can arise in the home environment, at work, in the community and with friends and family. She believes that mediation can be a crucial tool in overcoming obstacles and enabling individuals to listen and hear each other to reach a mutual agreement.
Jennifer has obtained a formal training in mediation and certification to support disputing parties to achieve a positive resolution.
