Hi, my name is Hayley. I am a qualified mediator with the MII (Mediators’ Institute of Ireland). I have experience conducting mediations in the family, workplace and commercial setting.
I have acquired a diverse range of skills from my legal career including legal and transactional analysis, information gathering and review, negotiation and drafting of legal and non-legal documents, communication, problem solving and time management.
Equipped with these skills and a genuinely warm and empathetic manner, I aim to provide a calm, safe and confidential space where parties can have the difficult conversations in a constructive and productive way. My clear and well-managed mediation process provides much needed clarity and comfort for parties steeped in dispute. Aware of the stress, expense and disruption caused by disputes, I encourage parties to focus on exploring their options so that both parties can move forward in a practical and realistic way.
