Iarla Duffy is a certified Mediator with the Mediation Institute of Ireland and holds a Masters Degree in HRM & Dispute Resolution from University of Limerick. Iarla has extensive negotiation and mediation experience which he has gained in business over the last three decades. Iarla served on the board of the Labour Relations Commission (LRC) from 2009 - 2014 during a particularity difficult period for industrial relations in Ireland. His interests lie in understanding and resolving commercial & workplace disputes.
