She is a Board Member of the Elder Mediation International Network (EMIN), where she contributes to the development and promotion of high ethical and professional standards in elder mediation at an international level. Through this role, she actively supports the advancement of specialised mediation practices addressing the demographic and social challenges of ageing societies.
Trained by IFOMENE Paris, CEDR London, and FMNI Belfast, Ilona combines academic rigour with practical field experience. She works in French, German, and English, allowing her to operate within international and multicultural environments.
