40 years experience in the Health Sector with over 20 years at senior management level. Service management experience in an acute hospital environment managing a varied team of professionals. Human Resource management both at hospital and corporate level. Since 2001 have served as the Corporate Employee Relations Manager for the former North Eastern Health Board and more recently as Employee Relations Manager for the Health Service Executive covering Community Health Organisation 8 and 9 and RCSI Hospital Group as part of the National HR function. Since 2021 working privately as a partner with TevlinClarke HR Consulting. Certified member of the Mediation Institute of Ireland. Significant experience in the health sector coupled with academic qualifications from the IPA,UCD and more recently Griffith College provides a strong foundation for my role as a mediator.
