Hello, my name is Joanne Barry and I am a mediator and psychotherapist. I provide comprehensive support to individuals and families in conflict. I also offer support to parents who wish to include the voice of their child/children within the mediation process through creative Child-Inclusive Mediation. Through Agriculture mediation I facilitate farm succession planning. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment that acknowledges and values the needs of all family members. At the heart of my practice is genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard. I integrate effective strategies to facilitate and support all parties. My goal is to empower parties to find a suitable way for clients to move forward in a time of unknown and uncertainty.
