I am an accredited MII Mediator, Separating Couples, Co-parenting agreements, family disputes - inheritance,Farm Succession Planning,Workplace disputes. An ADR Group Civil and Commercial Mediator. My Civil and Commercial accreditation is governed by The Civil Mediation Council and is recognized in the UK and Europe.
I work with a lot of parents looking for co-parenting agreements, working on communication and future planning.
Preparation for mediation is vital for many people who are engaging in conflict, I also work with individuals and companies coaching them through the process.
My background is in Construction, Logistics, H.R, Training and Development, Entertainment, Life- Career- Conflict Coaching.
