I am a Specialist Family Law Solicitor & Mediator in Cork.  My legal training began in 1992 and I have continued to update my dispute resolution skills since. 
 
Many years ago I chose to specialise in Family Law work only.  In my work with separating couples I can see how the adversarial legal system fails many families who are searching for a way to resolve their differences directly in a respectful, thoughtful way.  The structured format of Collaborative Practice facilitated my own style of respectful work with my clients and I trained as a Collaborative Lawyer.
 
My training and experience led me to Mediation as a most appropriate way of facilitating separating couples in resolving their disputes in a manner that meets their own needs.  I am now a qualified Mediator and can share 30 years of “hands on” respectful dispute resolution experience with my clients who wish me to work with them in facilitating a lasting resolution of their disputes.
