General Profile
Holistic & Integral Conflict Resolution
As a Registered Member of the Mediation Institute of Ireland, I bring over thirty years of experience in human sciences and therapeutic practice to the mediation process. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of human transition, loss, and the discovery of meaning within challenging circumstances.
In my mediation practice, I specialise in facilitating dialogue where emotional complexity is challenging for both parties. I offer a unique, Integral Approach to conflict resolution, moving beyond surface-level disagreements to address the deeper, often hidden dimensions of human conflict.
I am committed to providing a calm, confidential, and impartial environment where all parties feel heard. My practice is strictly governed by the MII Code of Ethics, ensuring integrity, neutrality, and professional excellence in every case I facilitate.
The Integral Lens (AQAL Framework)
I utilise Integral Theory to provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of conflict. This ensures that every mediation considers four critical dimensions:
• The Individual Experience: Honouring personal values, emotions, and internal meanings.
• Behavioural Patterns: Observing communication styles and concrete actions.
• Cultural Context: Navigating shared family, organisational, or community norms.
• Systemic Realities: Organisation, environment and structural influences.
My objective is to achieve more than just a settlement; I aim for a transformative outcome that fosters resilience and long-term stability for all parties involved.
