I have 30 years industry experience, working in team, management and leadership roles. My particular focus has been in guiding organizations through change and transformation programmes. I work to develop a positive work environment and relations, and have significant experience of facilitating, coaching and team-building in the workplace. I am a certified mediator since 2011, a conflict management coach (CINERGY® Coaching) and a member of the workplace mediation research group at the Kennedy Institute for Conflict Intervention.
