Liam is a Certified Mediator and has spent over thirty years resolving conflict and dispute situations in organisations in Ireland, U.K., Europe and Scandinavia.  A Chartered Member of the CIPD and a graduate member of the IITD, Liam worked as Administration Director Europe for a large multinational company with specific responsibility for staff and productivity for over twenty years.  
 
He uses his people centred approach to work, vast business acumen, life experiences and educational qualifications to enable and empower resolution in a collaborative, impartial, cost-effective and independent manner.  He believes in empowering people while working through the mediation process with an informal approach and at the same time creating a safe environment for all parties concerned.  
 
Liam has worked with staff (departments, inter branch, intercompany) at senior and junior levels of many organisations in developing a mutually acceptable way forward and creating a sustainable and fair process between parties allowing them to work and communicate in a more respectful, productive and efficient manner into the future for the benefit of all concerned.  Along with his formal mediation training in July 2012 Liam has also completed and is involved in many other mediation areas including Separating Couples and Restorative Justice.
