I hold a BSc Honors Degree in Psychology, obtained in 2009, and completed an Advanced Diploma in Mediation from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns in 2023/24.I completed Family (Separating Couples) Mediation training accredited by MII,2024.
With a diverse professional back ground, I have dedicated 15 years to the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC), transitioning from a volunteer to a staff member. Within ISPCC, I have held various roles, including working with the only 24-hour listening service for young people in Ireland, serving as a supervisor, coordinator, and providing therapeutic support to individual young people and their families.
Prior to joining ISPCC, I spent 12 years as a relief primary school teacher with the Department of Education.
I bring a wealth of skills to my work, including mediation, counselling, communication, and leadership. I am passionate about advocating for the well-being of children and young people. I am committed to fostering positive relationships and resolving conflicts in constructive ways.
I am a highly skilled and compassionate professional with a strong background in psychology, education, and child advocacy.
