Luke is an accredited mediator, nationally and internationally, with expertise in workplace, organisational and multi-party conflict. Accredited with the Mediation Training Institute in the USA – www.mediationworks.com and the Mediation Institute of Ireland – www.themii.ie
 
Luke has consulted to organisations in all parts of Ireland and on four continents. He has two masters’ degrees in leadership and has specialisations in change management, leadership excellence, conflict and mediation, also in mentoring and coaching leaders, boards and senior management teams. He has carried out extensive research into the culture of organisations and how to effect positive change throughout an organisation.
 
In addition to his expertise and experience as a mediator and facilitator, he has published twelve books on educational and social issues. He has presented at conferences nationally and internationally. He has developed and facilitated a range of accredited courses in continuing professional development through Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
 
He is currently Director of Curam a consultancy agency – supporting Schools, Boards and Trusts - www.curam.ie and National Co-ordinator of the Irish Association of Pastoral Care in Education (www.iapce.ie).
