Majella Gallagher is a senior leader and human resources director with 22 years' experience in media and publishing.

An independent management consultant, Majella specialises in human resources, with a focus on mediation, facilitation and dispute resolution services. She supports individuals and organisations navigate complex issues and resolve conflict. She is active as a coach and mentor. Majella is a certified member of the Mediators' Institute of Ireland.

In her two decades at The Irish Times Group, Majella held a number of key roles including that of Group HR Director and Managing Director of the Irish Examiner and The Echo media publications. Majella has a career history of successful leadership, delivering digital transformation and organisational change in a complex industrial relations environment through consultative processes and negotiation frameworks. Majella was the lead sponsor of diversity and inclusion initiatives and supported an ethos of frequent and open company communications to promote transparency and build trust.

With over 25 years' experience at management, operational and consultancy levels in the area of human resources, Majella has significant expertise in dispute resolution at all levels and draws on these skills in her current work.
