Michael has over 25 years of experience in the Irish construction industry delivering infrastructure for both public and private clients, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation, conciliation, adjudication and arbitration. Additionally, he developed and implemented government policy for alternative dispute resolution in public infrastructure contracts used in Ireland.
Michael is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Institute of Engineers of Ireland.
