Michele is an experienced Practitioner Mediator and HR Specialist who has successfully mediated many workplace issues. She is also experienced in undertaking workplace investigations and has conducted investigations into a range of issues including professional conduct, bullying/harassment, discipline and abuse in healthcare settings.

Prior to setting up HR Focus in 2010, Michele worked for over 20 years at a senior HRM level within healthcare. She has a broad range of experience in all areas within Human Resource Management and Development. During this time she has gained significant expertise in resolving conflict situations within the workplace. She is a people orientated person with excellent negotiating, problem-solving and change management skills.
