Deirdre has over 25 years professional experience in the health and social care sectors, first as an occupational therapist and since 2009, has held senior management roles in mental health, older persons and most recently disability services, where she served as CEO of a disability organisation from 2019 to May 2025.
Deirdre has a proven track record within the health and social care sector and her approach is driven by integrity, collaboration and a deep commitment to finding resolutions that provide good outcomes for all parties.
