Niamh Cunningham is an experienced Mediator/Facilitator/Trainer who works with both Public Sector and Private Sector Organisations, as an external Mediator, to assist disputing parties reach resolution.

She has held a number of posts at Board and Committee level within the MII and has been in private practice as a Consultant Mediator since 2003.
Niamh has worked closely with public and private sector organisations over 25 years in a mediation/facilitation and training capacity and has developed training to deal with workplace settings in a post COVID era as well as the promotion of working in an Environment of Dignity and Respect and Equity.
