Niamh Cunningham is an experienced Mediator/Facilitator/Trainer who works with both Public Sector and Private Sector Organisations, as an external Mediator, to assist disputing parties reach resolution.

She has a strong background in workplace conflict and has worked as an Industrial Relations Official and an Equality Officer in both Public Service and Public Sector Unions at both national and European level before pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation and Masters in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
She has held a number of posts at Board and Committee level within the MII and has been in private practice as a Consultant Mediator since 2003.
Niamh has worked closely with public and private sector organisations over 25 years in a mediation/facilitation and training capacity and has developed training to deal with workplace settings in a post COVID era as well as the promotion of working in an Environment of Dignity and Respect and Equity.
