I am an accredited mediator and a member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII), with over 20 years of management experience across the banking, food manufacturing and motor industries.
Throughout my career, I have worked in commercially focused environments where managing people, building professional relationships, negotiating and resolving workplace challenges have been key parts of my role. This experience has given me a practical understanding of the impact conflict can have on individuals, teams and organisations.
I began my management career in the banking sector before continuing my professional journey in Ireland, including a management role within the food manufacturing industry and, for the past nine years, as Parts Manager in the motor industry. My roles have involved team leadership, supplier and customer relationships, problem-solving and managing complex workplace situations.
My mediation approach is based on impartiality, active listening and respect, supporting parties in understanding different perspectives and working towards practical, sustainable solutions.
I have a particular interest in workplace and civil & commercial mediation. I am able to conduct mediation in both English and Russian, supporting clients who may benefit from mediation in their preferred language and facilitating effective communication.
