I  have vast expertise in dealing with Property Management Companies ,Financial Institutions, Property Owners and Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), having worked six years as a Adjudicator /Mediator with them .This work includes negotiations, conflict resolution in disputes, and independent assessments on a regular basis.
 I offer Negotiation and Mediation Services to Farmers in with National Road Authority (NRA) and other farming enterprises that are in dispute over boundaries and land ownership.  
I have also experience in Sports Mediation and have adjudicated and mediated issues of conflict between various Sports Bodies, Sport Clubs, and their players.
Through working in Psychiatry with the HSE and other various voluntary bodies I have immense experience in dealing with difficult and complex issues and bringing them to a satisfactory conclusion.
